If people are fair then they present multiple viewpoints.
If multiple viewpoints are presented then it results in stability.
If stability is a consequence then people are generally OK.
If people are generally OK* then degeneracy is a result.
If degeneracy is a result then multiple view points is not good.
If multiple view points is not good then The Communist Party should control all.
If The Communist Party controls all then we have one culture.
If we have one culture then our activities are facilitated by a philosophy.
If a philosophy preserves our unity then we made a utopia (The Communist Party).

*By generally OK, I mean that it is only acceptable.
